WHAT IS FIBROBLAST PLASMA?
Fibroblast Plasma Tightening treatment is a revolutionary method for a perfect facial rejuvenation. The term “Soft Surgery” is used to describe the treatment because it delivers results similar to surgery, with no scalpel, stitches or bandages and minimal downtime. It is important to have in mind that surgical methods are far more expensive and the surgery risk of anesthesia, stitches, swelling, long downtime, possible complications, bruises are very common, while the end results are comparable with the Fibroblast Plasma treatment. A minimally invasive procedure with much lower risk and at a more affordable price than actual surgery.
HOW DOES FIBROBLAST PLASMA SKIN TIGHTENING WORK?
Fibroblast Plasma skin tightening is relatively new in North America, but has been safely and effectively performed in Europe for many years. Fibroblast Plasma has increased in popularity due to its many advantages over surgery. There is less downtime, it’s less expensive, no cutting of the skin and no stitches. This means you can return to work even sooner. The precision device works by utilizing the voltage in the air between it’s tip and the skin, to form a plasma charge. An electrical arc is created and instantly shrinks the targeted skin. This micro-trauma stimulates new collagen (neocollagenesis). The tissue retraction and tightening gives results that are comparable to invasive surgery. A series of tiny brown spots placed to attain the desired result for the excess skin. The skin around the spot tightens pulling the cells closer together. It’s the only non-surgical treatment to reduce the excess skin instantly and successfully.
WHAT DOES FIBROBLAST PLASMA SKIN TIGHTENING TREAT?
- Eyelid Tightening, including lower eyelids and excess upper eyelid skin.
- Lifting of the midface
- Lifting of the neck
- Neck lines
- Jowls and neck tightening
- Reduction of loose skin on knees, hands, elbows
- Lines and wrinkles around the mouth

- Hyperpigmentation/sun damage
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Fibroblast Plasma is more than a simple tightening treatment the effects should last as long as they would with invasive surgery. Like all surgical and cosmetic procedures, the effects of fibroblast are not entirely permanent as it does not stop any further aging, however, the results you get should last you for many years. The positive effects of treatment will be noticeable immediately after the first treatment, and continuing over 4 weeks. Additionally, there are lifestyle factors that can prevent the result from lasting as long as they can, such as smoking, alcohol. consumption, and prolonged sun exposure.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS ARE REQUIRED?
The number of treatments required will vary according to the area being treated, skin’s laxity, the desired degree of correction and the individual’s response to the treatment. Most clients see results instantly and this continues to improve over the course of the following 8 weeks. Further treatments can be carried out to get better results, although is is uncommon to require more than two treatments. Appointments must be spaced out by 8 weeks.
WHAT KIND OF SIDE EFFECTS CAN I EXPECT?
Fibroblast Plasma has been shown to be a safe non-invasive procedure when done by a fully certified technician. However, as with most cosmetic procedures, patients are likely to experience some minor side effects in the first five to ten days after treatment. There will be some tiny brown marks in the treatment area. This is the result of scabbing and will flake away over a week or so, exposing a pink layer of healthy new skin. Some patients will also experience three to five days of swelling, especially with eyelid treatment. There is no damage to surrounding areas or deeper skin layers. To avoid sides effects, follow the aftercare instruction given to you prior to your treatment.
WHO SHOULDN’T GET A FIBROBLAST PLASMA TREATMENT?
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- If you have diabetes and healing disorders
- Metal plates, pins or other implants
- Cardio-vascular deficiencies including severe uncontrolled blood pressure
- Pacemaker or any other medical device with an electrical current
- Current or recent hemorrhage
- Malignancy and chemotherapy in the past 3 years.
- If you are prone to keloid scars
- If you suffer from auto-immune disease or other illnesses which affect the immune system
*Always talk to us if you have any concerns before a procedure.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR DAY OF TREATMENT?
On the treatment day, it is recommended that no make-up, or moisturizer is worn on the treatment area, just come in with clean skin. We suggest taking an antihistamine one hour before your appointment and continue to take antihistamines for two to three days after your appointment, as this will reduce swelling in the treatment area. A NUMBING agent is placed on treatment area and left to take effect for 30 to 45 minutes, When the area is sufficiently numb the treatment will begin. During the treatment you may feel some heat and minor irritation. Swelling may intensify over the following few hours when eyes are treated and may last 2-3 days. Treatment time will last from 45 minutes and up to several hours depending on the size of the treatment area. During your first appointment you will be given aftercare instructions. Following these instructions is critical for best results. No exfoliators or harsh cleansers can be used in the week following treatment. You should also avoid rubbing or scratching the treated area. Some areas often require 2-3 sessions because the skin is very thin therefore cell turnover and collagen production takes much longer. How many sessions you’ll need won’t be known until after you’ve had at least one session, because everyone’s skin is different and everyone heals differently.
WHAT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ISN”T INCLUDED IN FIBROBLAST PLASMA TREATMENT?
In order to ENHANCE treatment outcome, We suggest combining other therapies with the medical grade technology used. One highly recommended therapy is LED light therapy. Red light therapy is one of the most scientifically tested and proven solution for anti-aging problems. The therapy activates production of collagen (which plumps the skin), elastin (which tightens the skin), and remove the acne causing bacteria by closing dead pores on the skin. Red Light Therapy prevents inflammation and it produces fibroblasts, which reduces the fine lines and wrinkles. Therefore, Red LED light helps repair and renew the skin and improve the overall healing process after the Fibroblast Plasma treatment.
If you get Fibroblast Plasma here at our facility, we include the LED light treatment therapy for the face and neck ONLY. If you get the Fibroblast Plasma anywhere else on your body, we will refer and reccomend you to someone local that you can contact to make an appointment with.
BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT
Avoid any kind of tanning (Spray tanning, tanning injections, sun tanning and tanning beds) for 2 to 4 weeks before your treatment. Ideally, you should try to use SPF5O to prep your skin for 2 to 4 weeks before your treatment, especially if you are naturally darker skinned. You may even wish to consider using a natural Tyrosinase Inhibitor to helps ensure there is no overproduction of pigment in the skin aka hyperpigmentation.
Avoid any other type of procedures on the same area which you intend to have treated with Plasma Pen, such as laser therapy, chemical peels, Botox, fillers, as this may prevent your treatment being performed by your technician at the time you want it.
- No facial acids (Retin A, salicylic, glycolic) 14 days before or 21 days after Plasma Pen.
- No Botox or fillers 21 days before or after Plasma Pen.
- No Micro needling/PRP 21 days before or after Plasma Pen.
- No laser or peels (depending on intensity of peel) for 90 days before or after Plasma Pen.
- Surgical procedures like face lifts you must wait at least 9 months postop/before Plasma Pen.
You will be given after care instructions. You must follow the provided aftercare protocol to expedite the healing process. Follow up treatment may be performed after 8 weeks depending on your skin’s healing.
MAY I USE MAKEUP AFTER THE FIBROBLAST PLASMA TREATMENT?
Do not use makeup after the treatment, as it is generally not sterile. For the first 7-10 days after the treatment, until the crusts fall off, use the antiseptic product and aftercare cream, applying it softly to the treated area. When the crusts fall off, you may apply some makeup if necessary.

Sun & Age Spot Removal
WHAT IS HYPERPIGMENTATION?
Sun & age spots are some of the most common types of hyperpigmentation’s around. Hyperpigmentation is an extremely common skin condition, in which patients experience an overproduction of melanin along the skin’s surface, causing dark pigmented spots and discolorations. Melanin is the pigment, which gives our skin its normal color – when it is overproduced it can often create dark spots and patches.
SUN & AGE SPOTS
Some of the most common types of hyperpigmentation, sun and age spots occur most commonly in older adults, and as a result of years of overexposure to the sun’s harmful UV rays. Sometimes known as liver spots, these sun & age spots are characterized by dark, brownish or even tan spotty patches of discoloration – appearing most often on the face, hands, neck and other areas left exposed to the sun over long periods of time. Because of overexposure to the sun, over time the UV rays will penetrate the skin’s outer layer causing the body to begin the overproduction of the dark-pigmented, melanin. While melanin is usually spread throughout our body to provide our skin its color, it becomes concentrated in those few areas and over time, dark brownish, spotty patches will appear. In some men and women, of an advanced age these issues are extremely severe.
OTHER TREATMENT METHODS
Often, sun & age spots and other hyperpigmentation’s can be treated using methods such as:
- Laser Skin Resurfacing – Helps Remove The Outer Layer Of Skin And Stimulate The Production Of
- New Fresh Skin Cells.
- Laser Light Therapy – Helps To Brighten And Resurface The Skin, Also Triggers Cellular Turnover.
- Peels & Brightening Creams – For Some Of These Spots, The Use Of Brightening Creams May Work.
- Also, Some Chemical Peels Can Help To Resurface The Dark Spots, But They Will Often Come Back Soon After.
****While these methods may be effective for some, they are nowhere near as effective as FibroblastPlasma age spot removal.
PLASMA PEN HYPERPIGMENTATION REMOVAL
When it comes to the removal of sun spots or the removal of age spots, nothing is as effective as the FibroblastPlasma Pen treatment. This revolutionary procedure is able to use its high-tech electrical tip to create areas of targeted skin cell trauma, damaging the skin in a series of spots on and around the discolorations. By doing this, the Plasma Pen, triggers the body’s own naturally restorative healing mechanisms, to completely heal and resurface the skin! Plus, the electrical energy stimulates the skin’s fibroblast cells to create more connective tissue and force cellular turnover. This process produces excess collagen and causes the old, discolored skin cells to die off, taking the sun & age spots with it, and for them to be completed restored with new, fresh youthful skin cells with a vibrant glow and completely brand-new bright complexion, free of age spots or discolorations. The best part is that, the Plasma Pen works fast, in only a few minutes depending on the size of the spots, and it will completely heal within a week or two! Also, patients can expect their skin to be 100% smooth, and blemish free – without any scarring or residual spotting.

Skin Tag Removal
WHAT ARE SKIN TAGS?
A skin tag is the general name given to a small, hanging area of skin growths, which appear along the skin’s surface. Occasionally, these growths will have somewhat of a stalk and can appear at any point on the body. Essentially, these growths are benign skin tumors, which means they are non-cancerous growths that are completely harmless, without any real reason for worry. They can appear like balloon-like growths that appear at areas of the body, where the skin folds or creases over, such as the:
- Under The Female Breast Tissue
They consist of a set of cores, skin fibers and ducts, nerve cells, fat, and an outer layer of skin, similar to our skin’s outer layer. Considering that they are benign, and completely harmless, skin tag removal is purely a cosmetic procedure, that is done fairly easily – especially when using the revolutionary FibroblastPlasma Pen treatment!
Again, skin tags mainly develop in areas where the skin creases or folds over on itself – like the neck, armpits, eyelids, and even under the breasts of females.
Considering this, many scientists and experts believe that the main cause of skin tags is the friction caused by skin rubbing together against itself or another surface, like our clothing. This is a major reason why younger children tend to develop skin tags on their eyelids, as they have a tendency to rub their eyes a lot. They are also quite prevalent in the underarm area of those who take part in sports and other activities in which there is extensive motion in the arms. While the majority of the population will or has experienced skin tags during their lifetime, certain people and groups, with specific factors, are more susceptible. Some of the skin tag factors include:
- AGE – While They Can Occur At Any Age, They Are Far More Common In Individuals Between The Ages Of 40 And 60.
- WEIGHT –Skin Tags Are Far More Common In Those Who Are Overweight Or Considered Obese, As These Individuals Will Experience More Tissue Rubbing Together.
- HORMONE LEVELS & PREGNANCY – Those With Fluctuating Hormone Levels, Such As A Pregnant Woman Are Also More Likely To Develop Skin Tags
OTHER SKIN TAG REMOVAL METHODS
Some smaller skin tags may fall off on their own or can be rubbed off by hand. However, for larger skin tags minor, semi-invasive procedures are required.
Some methods for skin tag removal are:
- CRYOTHERAPY: Freezing Of The Skin Tag And The Area Surrounding The Skin Tag Using Liquid Nitrogen. Rarely Used.
- EXCISION SURGERY: Removal Using A Scalpel Or Surgical Knife.
- LIGATION: A Surgical Method That Ties Off The Blood Supply To A Skin Tag, Using A Surgical Thread.
- LASER RESURFACING: Some Skin Tags Can Be Removed Using A Specialized Resurfacing Lasers.
****While these other methods can be affective, they will often take a long, drawn-out process, and there is a high chance the growth will come back soon after. However, with the Plasma Pen’s unique electrical energy tip, we are able to completely remove any skin tag within seconds, in a no fuss procedure! Patients will barely feel a thing, except the minor pinch of the Plasma Pen tip. Once the removal has been done, the skin tag is gone forever, and patients will not experience any scarring or marks afterwards.
Another benefit of Plasma Pen skin tag removal is that not only are there not scars or marks after but there is almost 0 chance of spreading the growths. Often times, when skin tags are removed using other methods, they tend to spread pieces of skin tissue to other parts of the skin, causing bacteria and other issues to spread and additional growths to appear. With one zap of the plasma pen, the entire skin tag is 100% eliminated without any future concerns whatsoever!

WHAT ARE MOLES?
Moles are extremely common growths or skin blemishes, that appear on the skin’s surface. Generally, they appear in a circular shape in a reddish, brown, or somewhat black color – they can also be slightly raised or flushed to the skin’s surface. Sometimes called beauty marks, moles can be benign or malignant, growths that can be a sign of skin cancer, appearing at almost any spot on the body.
MALIGNANT VERSUS BENIG
Most moles are benign and harmless, however in some cases they can be malignant and a sign of cancer – however, these are very rare. In the event your mole might be a cause for concern, the team at Aesthetic Solutions will recommend and refer you to a dermatologist for further investigation and testing.
Moles generally come about as a result of two main reasons: genetics or sun exposure, especially common during childhood. Moles are similar to freckles in that they are pigmented spots on the skin’s surface where excess melanin is deposited. Commonly, moles will appear on those individuals with light, fare complexions who have been exposed to the sun.
OTHER MOLES REMOVAL METHODS
At Aesthetic Solutions, we recommend using the Plasma Pen for mole removal, however there are other common options that are used. Some methods for mole removal are:
- CRYOTHERAPY: Freezing Off The Mole Or Wart And The Area Surrounding Using Liquid Nitrogen. Only Possible For Some Moles And Used Mostly On Other Types Of Growths.
- EXCISION SURGERY: Removal Using A Scalpel Or Surgical Knife.
- LASER RESURFACING: Some Moles Or Growths Can Be Removed Using A High Heat Laser.
- PLASMA PEN MOLE REMOVAL
Using the Plasma Pen is the most effective and highly efficient means of removing any type of mole or growth on any area of the body! No matter how large or small it might be, the revolutionary Plasma Pen will be able to use its high-tech electrical energy tip to completely remove and resurface the mole using a process known as electrosurgery to burn it off. The Plasma Pen will send electrical energy and heat to the mole, and essentially burn it off the skin, creating an area of targeted skin cell trauma. At that point, this stimulates the skin’s fibroblast cells and the production of excess collagen and new skin cells to take its place. Once that happens, new, fresh skin cells will take the place of the formerly unwanted mole.
