About The Owner
Ashley Beaulieu is the owner of Permanent Makeup & Aesthetics in Maine. Ashley started out doing Permanent Makeup & slowly brought in other services that would fit her client’s needs. Ashley is very dedicated to giving her clients an amazing experience and she has a vision to set a standard here in Maine that others are quickly catching on to. Ashley is 1 of 4 Board Certified Micro-pigmentation Specialists here in Maine however she’s the FIRST Board Certified Trainer in the whole state. That means she went to school specifically to do Permanent Makeup & Medical Micro-pigmentation (Scalp Pigmentation and 3D Areolas for breast cancer survivors) and she has surpassed all tests and the highest of expectations according to American Academy of Micropigmentation. Ashley has also been awarded & rated #1 in the state of Maine for Best Permanent Makeup Artist & Medical Micro-pigmentation as well as #1 Best Business Award for all businesses in the upper East Coast, the last 4 years in a row. My goal in life has always been to help others feel beautiful in their own skin. I take pride in the fact that I have built a business where I can integrate what I love to do and at the same time, change peoples lives – not just my clients but my employees as well. I’m originally from California, but I moved to Maine while I was pregnant with my son. I have since made Maine my home, and I’m so grateful that I have been able to bring some “West Coast” services to this great state.

I met my wife while working together as models for an athletic photo shoot. We instantly connected over our mutual love for fitness, esthetics and Japanese hibachi. While the latter was never going to be a practiced passion of ours, we soon realized that our combined fervor of the former was something we could use to help others. While many establishments are simply built to “supply a demand”, I can honestly and proudly say that this is a company built upon a rare foundation of devotion to its’ clients and the glamorous results they are looking for. For me, owning this company with my wife isn’t work: it’s a passion project.

My grand-daughter, Ashley, has surpassed all my expectations and I am happy to help her business grow as much as I am able. Now, I am in a position where I can oversee the growth and also be apart of the business with my medical background.
